Yeti Home Services is a property management company in the North Tahoe area that blends the benefits of traditional local property management’s typical high quality services with digital platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, which are more concerned with booking management. Relatively new to the market and with a successful growing model of personalized turnover services and co-hosting/listing management, Yeti Home Services needed a high performing landing page for property owners and guests in the area to use to find and contact them.
The need.
To target property owners in North Tahoe, Yeti Home Services needed a website that would perform well in search results. This meant a website that was fast loading, responsive and easy to optimize.
We needed, once on the website, to direct property owners towards the main services offered with correctly positioned calls to action. Turnover management and co-hosting needed to feature prominently.
But it was also necessary to attract potential guests looking to rent in the area, should they be searching for vacation rentals. Once on the website, we’d need direct them to the specific listings on a 3rd party website (i.e. Airbnb), those that were under Yeti Home Services’ management.
The Result.
We delivered on our aim to create a super fast loading website, designed and coded with search engine optimization in mind.
The landing page was oriented principally towards property owners and the services Yeti would provide, but it also features a location-filtered property listing system. This interface for those looking to rent homes allows visitors to navigate through available listings in different local areas. This happens without leaving the website until they choose a property, at which point they can complete the booking process via the 3rd-party site.
Even with the impressive load speed, we still made use of large attractive photos of both client properties and the local area, which was a must to both demonstrate the quality of the maintenance Yeti could potential clients and to promote the area to would-be guests.
